Operating rules

Important informations:

• Price list validity 1.1.2023 – 31.12.2023
• Payment for accommodation – at arrival
• Prices are per caput for night incl. VAT
• Price list does not contain municipal charge 50 CZK
• Free for children to the age of 5 years accompanied by their parents without title to bed
• Reduction in price 30% for children to the age of 10 years accompanied by their parents
• Charge for pet (dog, cat) 100 CZK/night
• Room is reserved till 7 p.m. on arrival day, in case of later arrival – inform reception. End of accommodation time on departure day is till 10 a.m.
• Double-bedded room only for one person = charge 150 CZK/night
• Cancellation charge at stay shortening = 50% per person/ night
• Cot lending incl. bed clothes = 150 CZK/night

Cancellation policy for tour groups:

• 45 – 30 days to arrival: real costs, min. 10% of agreed price,
• 29 – 15 days to arrival: real costs, min. 30% of agreed price,
• 6 – 3 days to arrival: real costs, min. 70% of agreed price,
• 2 days or less to arrival: real costs, 100% of agreed price.
